Farm animal emergency – follow the prompts from answering service.

Small animal emergency – you will be directed to our SmartVet service, where a registered veterinary technician can triage your call. If required, they can assist in arranging in person care or can help you set up a virtual appointment with a BC Veterinarian, either by phone or video call. There is no charge to speak to the veterinary technician. You can also contact Central Island Veterinary Emergency Hospital direct at 250-933-0913 if you would prefer.
